An egg intolerance is when the body is unable to digest or has a reaction to an egg.  Most people are only intolerant to the egg white, being intolerant to egg yolk is much more uncommon.

Symptoms of Egg Intolerance

People who are intolerant to eggs may experience the following symptoms:

  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhoea
  • Stomach Pain
  • Runny Nose
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Skin reaction
  • Anaphylaxis
